Important Information

Online ticket sales end two hours before each event begins. Tickets can still be purchased at the box office. 

All ticket sales are final. Tickets may be exchanged for other performances of the same production.

For ticketed events, the entrance doors open one hour before event and the doors to the theatre open 30 minutes prior to showtime. 

No food or drink allowed in the theatre. 

Please note: Purchasing tickets adds $.80 per ticket fee, plus a 5% transaction fee. Free events and cash sales at the door have no fees.

For wheelchair seating, please contact the Box Office directly. We have limited special seating available exclusively for wheelchair users and their families. (You can reach us at 616-878-6790 during Box Office hours Wed-Fri, 3-5 PM).
